Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Modesto Crash Near Parker Road and Church Street
MODESTO, CA (August 31, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash near Parker Road and Church Street in Modesto.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Tuesday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 8:55 p.m.
CHP said the rider of a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Modesto. The two crashed near the intersection of Parker Road and Church Street.
Collision Near Laboratory
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near a laboratory. They found the motorcyclist down on the ground as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the other driver ended up hurt or if they stopped after the collision. Officers forced the area of Parker Road and Church Street to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Modesto crash is still under investigation.
