1 Injured in Moreno Valley Crash at Iris Avenue and Oliver Street
MORENO VALLEY, CA (April 15, 2022) – One was badly injured after a car crash at Iris Avenue and Oliver Street in Moreno Valley.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the accident on Friday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:21 p.m.
Cal Fire said the incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Moreno Valley. They crashed at the intersection of Iris Avenue and Oliver Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and extricated one trapped occupant from the wreckage. The rescued individual sustained moderate injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took the wounded party to a hospital for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the corner of Iris and Oliver to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Moreno Valley crash is still under investigation.
