3 Injured in Moreno Valley Crash at Perris Boulevard and Sunnymead Boulevard
MORENO VALLEY, CA (May 17, 2021) – Three were hospitalized after a car crash at Perris Boulevard and Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley.
The Riverside County Fire Department received a call about the accident early Monday. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:25 a.m.
According to a report posted online by Cal Fire, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Moreno Valley. They crashed at the intersection of Perris Boulevard and Sunnymead Boulevard.
Car Collision Near 60 Freeway
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the 60 Freeway. They then found three people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
One patient suffered serious injuries while the other two sustained minor wounds due to the impact. Medical personnel soon took them to a local hospital for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the intersection of Perris and Sunnymead to close following the wreck.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Moreno Valley crash.
