Motorcyclist Killed in Moreno Valley Crash at Heacock and Ironwood
MORENO VALLEY, CA (July 1, 2022) – A crash killed a motorcyclist at Heacock Street and Ironwood Avenue in Moreno Valley.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident took place on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:10 p.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Moreno Valley.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
The two crashed at intersection of Heacock Street and Ironwood Avenue. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found the motorcyclist down on the ground.
The patient sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Heacock and Ironwood to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the fatal Moreno Valley crash is still under investigation.
