Injury Car Accident on 60 Freeway at Day Street Monday
Moreno Valley, CA (June 15, 2021) – On June 14, Monday, the California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run car crash that occurred on State Route 60.
Initial records indicated a white sedan collided with another vehicle in the westbound side of SR-60, also known as Moreno Valley Freeway. The accident happened near the Day Street ramp in Riverside.
Shortly after 2 p.m., medical personnel arrived and rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. The CHP dispatch confirmed at least one person sustained injuries as a result of the collision. However, the name of the victim, and the extent of their trauma have not been discussed thus far.

Authorities later mentioned a motorist involved in the incident continued driving away from the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
At this time, detectives continue to work to investigate several factors surrounding the car crash in Moreno Valley.
