At Least 1 Killed in Collision on Highway 101 Sunday
Morgan Hill, CA (October 18, 2021) – One person died following a car accident that occurred on Highway 101 on October 17, Sunday.
The KSBW News reported two vehicles collided in the northbound side of the highway, just north of Bailey Avenue. Officials described the cars involved in the wreck as a Nissan and a Honda.
Preliminary investigation revealed the Nissan made a left turn from the highway onto Bailey Avenue. In the process, the Nissan crashed into the Honda. The force from the impact caused the Nissan to rollover multiple times.
Fatal Car Accident in Morgan Hill, October 17
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found one person ejected onto the roadway. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Further investigation on the deadly car accident on Highway 101 in Morgan Hills is ongoing.
