4-Car Collision Near Cerro Alto Road
Morro Bay, CA (October 3, 2022) – A traffic accident that occurred Monday on Highway 41 resulted in injuries, the Tribune News reported.
Officials said multiple vehicles collided on the highway between Atascadero and Morro Bay. The exact number of automobiles involved in the wreck, and their make and model have not been revealed thus far.
Shortly after 11:42 a.m., medical personnel and ambulances arrived at the site. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties found the scene; including the occupants of the car that broke its windshield. The names of the people hurt, and their condition at this time remained unknown.
Authorities reportedly shut down the southbound lane of SR-41 heading toward Morro Bay; and the area near Cerro Alto Road.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the multi-vehicle collision happened on Highway 41 in Morro Bay.
