Head-on Crash on Sonoma Highway (SR-121) in Napa
NAPA, Calif. (Oct. 7, 2022) — A multi-vehicle Napa crash happened Friday afternoon on State Route Highway 121 at Duhig Road .
The collision occurred on Sonoma Highway (SR-121) about 2:33 p.m. on Oct. 7th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A big rig truck traveling westbound collided with a gray BMW sedan before the truck overturned on its side into a ditch. Meanwhile, the BMW reportedly crashed up against a guardrail on the right side blocking southbound lanes. The CHP report also stated a Ford had major front-end damage and it was towed from the highway with a Tesla Model 3 and a Chevrolet SUV.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt in the crash.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
