Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Napa Crash on Foster Road Near Hilton Avenue
NAPA, CA (October 6, 2022) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after a crash on Foster Road in the city of Napa.
According to an article published by The Napa Valley Register, the accident took place on Wednesday evening. Officers reported the collision at about 6:22 p.m.
The incident happened on October 5 when a 2001 Toyota 4Runner was going south on Foster Road. Napa police said at the same time, a female pedestrian was walking north.
For an unknown reason, the car struck her just south of Hilton Avenue. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the 22-year-old woman hurt.

She sustained major injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then rushed the victim to the Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and her condition at this time. Meanwhile, police added that the driver of the SUV stopped and stayed at the site following the incident.
Officers forced a stretch of Foster Road to shut down after the accident. The cause of the Napa pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
