Natalie Shepherd, Matthew Culver and Child Killed in Fresno County Crash
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (May 4, 2022) – A head-on crash killed Natalie Shepherd and Matthew Culver on Highway 33 in Fresno County.
Reports written by the ABC 30 News said the two drivers and a child were victims of the fatal wreck which took place on Monday.
The incident began when Natalie Shepherd and Matthew Culver were driving on Highway 33 in Fresno County. For an unknown reason, they then crashed on the southbound side of the highway near Sutter Avenue.
2 Cars Collide
The California Highway Patrol described the vehicles as a Dodge Caravan and a Dodge Ram pickup truck. One of them burst into flames as a result of the collision.
Matthew Culver, Natalie Shepherd, 28; and her 2-year-old daughter soon died at the scene of the crash. The accident occurred on May 2 at around 2:43 p.m.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the southbound lanes of Highway 33 to shut down for several hours following the wreck. The cause of the Fresno County crash is still under investigation.
