Nativdad Huidor, 78, Killed in Vermont Square Crash on Vermont Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 14, 2021) – Nativdad Huidor was killed after a car crash on Vermont Avenue in the Vermont Square neighborhood.
The Los Angeles County coroner’s office identified the 78-year-old Whittier man as the victim of the fatal wreck on Thursday morning.
Deputies said Nativdad Huidor was riding a car that collided with two other vehicles for an unknown reason in Vermont Square. They crashed in the 5300 block of South Vermont Avenue.
3 Injured in Los Angeles Multi-Car Collision
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded and then pronounced Nativdad Huidor dead at the scene. My News LA wrote that the accident occurred on May 13 at about 8:30 a.m.
A total of three other people ended up injured as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon took them to local hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Meanwhile, officers forced the road to shut down for a time following the wreck. The cause of the fatal Vermont Square crash is still under investigation.
