Police SUV Involved in Crash in Oakland
OAKLAND, Calif. (March 6, 2024) — An Oakland Police Department patrol SUV was involved in a car accident Wednesday morning at 66th Avenue above the northbound Interstate 880 Freeway.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 11:43 a.m. on March 6th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The Oakland Police Department‘s Jeep SUV and another vehicle were involved. One person was reportedly unconscious following the collision between the two motorists.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with minor injuries, but there are no further details at this time.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Oakland car accident on 66th Avenue.
