Ogbonnaya Onumah, 49, Hurt After Multi-Vehicle Pileup on SR-12 Thursday
Fairfield, CA (April 23, 2021) – A traffic accident that occurred on Highway 12 resulted in injuries to 49-year-old Ogbonnaya Onumah, according to the Reporter.
The article published online indicated Ogbonnaya Onumah was behind the wheel of a Ford F-250 driving at an unspecified direction on Highway 12.
In the area near Beck Avenue, a two vehicles collided and struck multiple other cars. Officials confirmed Ogbonnaya Onumah was involved in that multiple-vehicle pileup.
Medical personnel arrived at the accident scene shortly after 5:30 p.m. Paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims, and confirmed five motorists sustained injuries as a result of the wreck.
Per article published online, Ogbonnaya Onumah of Fairfield received treatment at the scene for minor injuries.

Authorities later determined a Dodge Ram traveling at a high rate of speed slammed into the rear of a Chevrolet Camaro. The force from the impact led to the unfortunate event. Our sources indicated the driver of the Chevrolet sadly died from injuries in the accident. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
