3 Injured in Pacoima Crash on West Paxton Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 14, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on Paxton Street in the Pacoima neighborhood.
According to the CBS Los Angeles and My News LA, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 1 p.m.
The incident happened on July 13 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Pacoima. The Los Angeles Fire Department said the cars crashed in the 13300 block of West Paxton Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Bradley Avenue. They found a total of three people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patients to the hospital and listed two of them in serious condition. LAFD added that the other person was in fair condition.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties. Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Paxton Street to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Pacoima crash is still under investigation.
