1 Injured in Car Crash at Lone Tree Road and Palermo Road
PALERMO, CA (July 13, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Lone Tree Road and Palermo Road.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on July 10 at around 2 :44 p.m. in the Palermo area.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Lone Tree Road and Palermo Road.
Collision Near Oroville
The incident log described the cars involved as a Toyota Tacoma and a black colored sedan. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the city of Oroville.
They found one person who complained of pain to their left hip and forehead as a result of the collision. Medical personnel took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP blocked the intersection following the Palermo crash.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the wreck.
