Rider Killed in Collision Near Interstate 5
Palm City, CA (August 15, 2022) – A 34-year-old man died following a traffic accident that occurred on Coronado Avenue, the San Diego Union-Tribune News reported.
Our sources indicated a man riding a motorcycle collided with a car in the 2500 block of Coronado Avenue. The horrible crash took place just east of Interstate 5 in the Palm City neighborhood of San Diego.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident on Coronado Avenue in Palm City
Shortly after 6:15 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. According to the article published online, the motorcyclist sadly died in the accident. Authorities only identified the deceased as a 34-year-old male.
Meanwhile, the other motorist, a 52-year-old man, appeared unharmed after the crash.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate exactly how and why the deadly collision happened on Coronado Avenue in Palm City.
