Minor Injury Collision at El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive Sunday
Palm Desert, CA (January 9, 2022) – Several people suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive.
According to the Desert Sun, a vehicle driven by a juvenile collided with three other cars at the busy intersection in Palm Desert. The description of the automobiles involved in the mishap remained undisclosed.
Preliminary investigation revealed the juvenile was apparently driving a stolen vehicle. Officials mentioned there were two other minors riding inside the vehicle when the collision happened.
Shortly after 2:30 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the accident. Authorities mentioned the occupants in the other vehicles involved in the crash sustained minor injuries. At this time, the exact number of people hurt and their names have not been revealed thus far.
Police officer reportedly arrested the three juveniles riding in the stolen vehicle. Further investigation is underway on the injury car crash at El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive.
