Man Dies at Hospital After Collision at Fort Tejon Road and Golden View Way Saturday
Palmdale, CA (January 16, 2022) – A fatal traffic accident occurred Saturday in the area of Fort Tejon Road and Golden View Way, the Antelope Valley Times reported.
On January 15, two vehicles collided at the intersection in Palmdale. Preliminary investigation revealed a Nissan Sentra attempted to make a left turn onto Golden View. While turning, it crashed into a white Honda Civic traveling north on Fort Tejon when the collision happened.
Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 3:55 p.m. Responding paramedics found at least one person unconscious. Medical personnel reportedly rushed the victim to the hospital, where he later sadly died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Additional details on the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the fatal crash at Fort Tejon Road and Golden View Way.
