Pedestrian Killed in Palmdale Crash Near 25th Street East and Joshua Hills Drive
PALMDALE, CA (December 12, 2021) – A crash killed a pedestrian near 25th Street East and Joshua Hills Drive in Palmdale.
According to an article published by My News LA, the fatal accident took place early Sunday. Officers reported the incident at about 2:14 a.m.
The sheriff’s Palmdale station said a vehicle struck a female pedestrian for an unknown reason. The driver hit her near the intersection of 25th Street East and Joshua Hills Drive.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found the woman down on the ground. She sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, deputies did not mention if the motorist stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the woman. Officers forced the area of 25th Street and Joshua Hills to shut down following the crash.
The cause of the Palmdale pedestrian collision is still under investigation.
