Pedestrian Killed in Crash at 95th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard
PALMDALE, CA (December 12, 2022) – A crash killed a pedestrian at 95th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard in Palmdale.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the tragic accident took place on Monday evening. Officers reported the collision at about 5:38 p.m.
The incident happened when a car struck the pedestrian for an unknown reason in Palmdale. The vehicle hit the person at the intersection of 95th Street East and East Palmdale Boulevard.
Victim Hit by Car
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They confirmed that the victim died as a result of the collision.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver stopped or stayed at the site following the incident.
Officers forced the area of 95th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard to shut down after the accident. The cause of the fatal Palmdale pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
