Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man at Academy and Parlier Avenue Tuesday
Parlier, CA (May 18, 2021) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Academy and Parlier Avenue Tuesday evening.
According to ABC30 News, a vehicle struck a male party at the Parlier intersection. The catastrophic incident took place shortly before 9 p.m.
Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Parlier, May 18
Emergency crews arrived at the crash site and found a man lying unconscious on the road. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities briefly identified the deceased as a 62-year-old man. The name of the fatal victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, officers mentioned the woman behind the wheel of the car involved in the fatal wreck stopped at the scene.
