6 Injured in Paso Robles Crash on Highway 101 Near Highway 46
PASO ROBLES, CA (November 22, 2021) – Several were injured after a car crash on Highway 101 near Highway 46 in Paso Robles.
According to an article published by the KSBY News, the accident took place on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 5:10 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said about six to seven vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Paso Robles. They crashed on northbound Highway 101 near the Highway 46 off-ramp.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of six people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
One person sustained major injuries while the other five survived with minor injuries. Medical personnel then took all six patients to the hospital for treatment.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the northbound lanes Highway 101 to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Paso Robles crash is still under investigation.
