Pinon Hills crash Highway 138
1 Injured in Pinon Hills Hit-and-Run Crash at Highway 138 and Silver Rock Road
PINON HILLS, CA (June 6, 2021) – At least one was injured after a hit-and-run crash at Highway 138 and Silver Rock Road in Pinon Hills.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:39 p.m.
A small black 2-door car and possibly two more vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Pinon Hills. They crashed on Highway 138 at the intersection with Silver Rock Road.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and soon found one occupant of the black car who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then treated the victim for the unspecified injuries they sustained in the wreck. Officials did not release the name of the wounded patient and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that one of the drivers involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area. Officers forced Highway 138 to shut down at Silver Rock following the collision.
The Pinon Hills hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
