2 Injured in Crash at San Miguel Canyon and Prunedale North Roads
PRUNEDALE, CA (October 29, 2021) -Two were hospitalized after a car crash at San Miguel Canyon Road and Prunedale North Road.
Two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Prunedale. They crashed on San Miguel Canyon Road at the intersection with Prunedale North Road.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident took place on Friday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 8:09 p.m.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the two cars as a Ford sedan and Nissan Titan. Both vehicles obtained major front-end damage upon impact.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Highway 101. They found two people who sustained head injuries as a result of the collision.
Officials then took both patients to the Natividad Medical Center and listed at least one of them in serious condition. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of San Miguel Canyon to shut down for a time following the crash. The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.
