Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Ramona Crash at 3rd Street and G Street
RAMONA, CA (August 25, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash at 3rd Street and G Street in Ramona.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place on Wednesday night. Officers reported the accident at about 8:06 p.m.
According to CHP, the motorcycle rider and a vehicle collided for an unknown reason in the city of Ramona. The two crashed at the intersection of 3rd Street and G Street.
Collision Near Main Street
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Main Street. They found the motorcyclist who ended up lying on the ground as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at the moment.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of 3rd Street and G Street to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Ramona crash is still under investigation.
