Man Trapped, Injured After Collision Near Stagecoach Road Saturday
Red Bluff, CA (March 5, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Rancho Tehama Road Saturday, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Authorities said a vehicle veered off the roadway for an unknown reason, and ended up slamming into a tree. The collision took place in the 17430 block of Rancho Tehama near Stagecoach Road.
The CHP logged the case at about 1:40 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found a male party trapped in the mangled Cadillac Escalade. Rescue teams worked extensively to extricate the victim. After the man was freed, an ambulance transported him to the hospital for treatment of major injuries. The name and age of the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Several factors surrounding the incident have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine the precise cause of the traffic accident on Rancho Tehama Road in Red Bluff.
