Five Injured in Reedley Crash at Parlier and Englehart Avenues
REEDLEY, CA (April 23, 2022) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash at Parlier and Englehart avenues in Reedley.
According to an article published by Your Central Valley, the accident took place on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck at around 5:30 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said a car and an SUV collided near Reedley. The car ran a stop sign at the intersection of East Parlier and South Englehart avenues and struck the SUV.
Driver Runs Stop Sign, Hits Another Car
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene. They found a total of five people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
An air ambulance took one occupant of the car to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. Medical personnel rushed a second person riding the car and three occupants of the SUV with unknown injuries.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Parlier and Englehart avenues to shut down following the wreck.
The Reedley crash is still under investigation.
