2 Men, Woman Killed in Crash at Rialto Intersection
RIALTO, Calif. (June 29, 2021) — A Rialto crash on Riverside Avenue happened Monday morning between three motorists.
Three adults died and one woman suffered major injuries after a car clipped a pickup truck before it crashed head-on with a box truck, according to the Press Enterprise.
Police did not release the names or ages of the people who died in the collision.
The deadly Rialto collision happened about 7:45 a.m. in the 2600 block of South Riverside Avenue in Rialto.

The driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck was heading south on Riverside Avenue when a driver in a Nissan Altima came up from behind at high speed.
The Nissan’s driver attempted to avoid hitting the Dodge and made an abrupt turn. Instead, the driver clipped the pickup before it veered into opposing traffic and crashed into a box truck.
The woman driving the Nissan and two men died at the scene. Meanwhile, a fourth occupant of the Nissan was transported to a hospital, police said. The report did not state the extent of the woman’s injuries.
There were no injuries reported in either the pickup or the box truck.
