At Least 1 Hurt in Collision at McBryde and 30th
Richmond, CA (November 30, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of McBryde Avenue and 30th Street.
The KRON4 News reported a collision between a black SUV and a box truck took place Wednesday afternoon at the intersection in Richmond. Per local news source, the passenger vehicle slammed into the back of the truck for an unknown reason.
Officials said the crash took place at approximately 3 p.m.
Injury Car Accident in Richmond
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found a small fire that sparked from the accident. Responding firefighters quickly extinguished the flames. Medical personnel checked the conditions of all the occupants in the SUV and the box truck. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained moderate injuries as a result of the wreck. Personal information on the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the traffic accident that happened at McBryde Avenue and 30th Street in Richmond.
