Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle
LOCATION: Jamestown
DATE OF COLLISION: Saturday, February 9th
February 11, 2019- According to the California Highway Patrol, a pedestrian versus vehicle collision was reported Saturday morning.
CHP officials responded to the accident at 9:55 p.m. on Wigwam Road at or near Highway 49.
Limited information has been provided at this time, however, it was confirmed the victim identified as Rick Folley, 63, suffered injuries which he was transported to a nearby medical facility for.
As of 10:58 ap.m., authorities remained present at the scene gathering details to determine the at-fault party.

Based on the details provided so far from the report, the driver will at least be held partially liable for the collision. There are still many unanswered questions, however.
