At Least 1 Hospitalized After Collision on Highway 12 Saturday
Rio Vista, CA (June 13, 2021) – A traffic accident that occurred on State Route 12 resulted in injuries, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Our sources indicated an Audi sedan collided with a semi truck in the eastbound side of Highway 12 in Rio Vista. The crash took place at approximately 2:40 p.m.

When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. The California Highway Patrol dispatch mentioned at least one person suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash. An ambulance reported transported the patient to Kaiser Medical Hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
Additional details on the collision have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the car accident in Rio Vista happened.
