Driver, Passenger Killed in Car Accident at Golf Course Drive and Roberts Lake Road Saturday
Rohnert Park, CA (June 13, 2021) – Two people died following a car crash in the area of Golf Course Drive and Roberts Lake Road Saturday evening.
According to CBS Sacramento, two teenage girls were riding a 2018 Mercedes Coupe traveling in the streets of Rohnert Park. The catastrophic incident took place when the driver lost control of the vehicle and careened across the lanes of the intersection at Golf Course Drive and Roberts Lake Road.
Officials said the Mercedes struck trees and street signs before coming to a rest flipped on its side.

Shortly after 9:25 p.m., emergency teams arrived and found the driver lifeless at the scene. Primary reports indicated the passenger sustained life-threatening injuries, but also later succumbed to their trauma and died.
Police continue to withhold the names of the deceased parties pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Further investigation on the fatal car crash in Rohnert Park is ongoing.
