Ronald Dieffenbacher, 65, Killed in San Bernardino Crash on Alabama Street
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (March 18, 2023) – Ronald Dieffenbacher was killed after a crash on Alabama Street in San Bernardino.
The coroner’s office identified the 65-year-old Highland man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Wednesday.
The accident happened when Ronald Anton Dieffenbacher was riding as a passenger in a vehicle traveling along Alabama Street in San Bernardino.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Police said for an unknown reason, the car he was in then collided with multiple others. The vehicles crashed in the 8200 block of Alabama Street.
The Fontana Herald News wrote that the collision occurred on March 15 at about 7:44 p.m. Ronald Dieffenbacher sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash.
Paramedics rushed him to the Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he died. Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Alabama Street to shut down for a time following the incident.
The cause of the San Bernardino crash is still under investigation.
