Fatal Collision Near Ingram Creek Road Interchange
Westley, CA (August 6, 2022) – Ryanul Haque, a 26-year0old man, died following a traffic accident that occurred on Interstate 5 Thursday morning.
The Tracy Press and Modesto Bee News reported Haque was behind the wheel of a 2007 Lexus ES 350 heading south on I-5. For reasons still unclear, the Lexus stopped in the roadway.
Our sources indicated an oncoming 2020 Freightliner Cascadia failed to slow down as it approached the sitting car. The big rig then crashed into the back of the Lexus. According to the article published online, the collision took place just north of the Ingram Creek Road interchange.
Deadly Car Accident on Interstate 5 in Westley
Shortly after 1:15 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding personnel from Patterson Ambulance sadly pronounced the driver of the Lexus dead. Authorities later identified the fatal victim as Ryanul Haque, of Tracy.
Meanwhile, the driver of the truck appeared unharmed after the incident.
Detectives handling the case stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly crash that happened on Interstate 5 in Westley.
