Cyclist Injured in Collision at Vintage Park and Helmsdale Drive Monday
Sacramento, CA (August 9, 2021) – A bicycle rider suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Vintage Park and Helmsdale Drive Monday morning.
Auto vs. Bicycle Accident in South Sacramento, August 9
The California Highway Patrol group reported a bicyclist collided with a passenger vehicle at the South Sacramento intersection. At this time, the make and model of the car involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
Shortly after 7:08 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding medical personnel reportedly rendered aid to the cyclist found with minor injuries and lying on the ground. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Detectives stayed at the crash site the whole morning to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the bicycle accident at Vintage Park and Helmsdale Drive.
