2 Injured in Sacramento Crash at Eagles Nest and Jackson Roads
SACRAMENTO, CA (March 24, 2023) – Two were hospitalized after a car crash at Eagles Nest Road and Jackson Road in Sacramento.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District first logged the accident on Tuesday afternoon, March 21. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 2:30 p.m.
The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Sacramento. The cars crashed at the intersection of Eagles Nest Road and Jackson Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
One car rolled over due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed at least one trapped occupant from the wreckage.
Two people ended up hurt as a result of the accident. Medical personnel then rushed both patients to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Eagles Nest and Jackson roads to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Sacramento crash is still under investigation.
