Major Injury Collision on State Route 51
Sacramento, CA (October 6, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route Highway 51.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a man riding a motorcycle collided with another vehicle in the northbound side of the highway in north Sacramento. The CHP logged the incident Tuesday around 6 a.m.
Rider Badly Hurt in Sacramento Accident
Responding paramedics reportedly found the rider ejected from their motorbike. Our sources mentioned the motorcyclist landed in the embankment near Watt Avenue offramp. Medical personnel checked the condition of the victim; and later confirmed they sustained major injuries in the crash.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the other driver involved in the collision.
Investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the crash happened on State Route 51 in Sacramento.
