Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Power Inn Road and Macfadden Drive Wednesday
Sacramento, CA (November 24, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Power Inn Road and Macfadden Drive.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle struck a male party at the intersection in South Sacramento. Per CHP log, the collision took place at about 10:35 a.m.

When rescue teams arrived at the crash site, they found a man lying down on the roadway. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to the victim. After the evaluation, officials confirmed the pedestrian suffered injuries as a result of the accident.
No immediate information was available on the driver involved in the crash. However, the CHP dispatch mentioned the driver apparently failed to stop after they hit the pedestrian. It remained unclear if the authorities are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run.
Further investigation on the pedestrian accident at Power Inn Road and Macfadden Drive is ongoing.
