Motorcycle Rider Badly Hurt After Traffic Collision on West Side Highway Thursday
Sacramento, CA (April 8, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol reported a traffic accident that occurred on Interstate 5, also known as West Side Highway, Thursday morning.
Shortly before 11:50 a.m., CHP logged a collision involving a gray sedan, a white truck, and a motorcycle rider. For reasons still unclear, the three motorists crashed in the southbound side of I-5 at Q Street offramp.

First responders found the motorcyclist down on the roadway. Paramedics then rendered aid to the victim, and later confirmed the man sustained major injuries in the accident. Police continue to withhold the name of the injured rider pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, the conditions of the other parties involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the motorcycle accident on Interstate 5 in Sacramento.
