Passenger Killed in Rollover Crash on Alisal Road Sunday
Salinas, CA (June 20, 2021) – A fatal car accident occurred Sunday morning on Alisal Road, the KION546 News reported.
Our sources indicated a vehicle with four occupants attempted to make a turn on Alisal Road in Salinas. For reasons still unclear, the 2001 Toyota Camry overturned while making the turn.
Shortly after 3 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the crash site and found he vehicle flipped on its roof. Investigators later determined the driver, and the passengers were all unrestrained at the time of the collision.
Paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to one person at the scene. Sadly, the passenger succumbed to their injuries and died. Police continue to withhold the name of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, the driver and other two passengers reportedly sustained injuries from the incident. An ambulance rushed the victims to Natividad Medical Center for treatment.
The California Highway Patrol group mentioned drugs or alcohol possibly contributed to the unfortunate event. Further investigation on the deadly car accident on Alisal Road is ongoing.
