At Least 1 Killed in Collision Near Cooper Road
Salinas, CA (June 1, 2022) – A deadly traffic accident occurred on State Route 183 early Wednesday, the San Francisco Gate News reported.
Our sources indicated a tractor-trailer and a car collided on the highway in unincorporated Monterey County. Officials said the crash took place near Cooper Road.
Shortly after 12:50 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found a Ford Mustang and a big rig both disabled along the roadway.
Deadly Car Accident on State Route 183 in Salinas
Medical personnel checked the conditions of all parties involved in the wreck. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sadly died as a result of the accident. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
