1 Dead After Traffic Collision on Highway 138 Tuesday
San Bernardino, CA (July 20, 2021) – At least one person suffered fatal injuries following a car accident that occurred on State Route 138 at the Cajon Pass.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a car crash took place on Highway 138 near the Interstate 15 Freeway. First responders reportedly found a black Chevrolet Equinox at the scene. However, the make and model of the other automobiles involved in the wreck remained undisclosed.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly after 4:30 p.m. Paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims, and later determine one person sadly died from the collision. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Additional details on the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. Given that, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the fatal car accident in San Bernardino.
