Woman, 38, Killed in San Bernardino Crash on 215 Freeway Near Palm Avenue
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (January 15, 2022) – A crash killed a woman on the 215 Freeway near Palm Avenue in San Bernardino.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department first logged the incident on Friday night. Deputies reported the wreck on January 14 at about 8:36 p.m.
The incident happened when at least one vehicle crashed for an unknown reason. It occurred on the Interstate 215 Freeway near Palm Avenue in San Bernardino.
Fatal Wreck on Friday
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found a female passenger hurt. She ended up suffering from severe injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon pronounced the 38-year-old woman dead at the scene. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, 0fficers forced a stretch of the 215 Freeway near Palm Avenue to shut down for a time following the wreck. The cause of the fatal San Bernardino crash is still under investigation.
