Motorcyclist Injured in San Diego Crash on the I-8 Freeway
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (May 6, 2022) — A San Diego motorcycle accident happened Friday afternoon on the westbound Interstate 8 Freeway.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 2:19 p.m. on May 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Jeep Cherokee SUV and a motorcycle collided due to unknown circumstances.
The SUV went up a nearby embankment following the crash. The motorcycle wound up on the right shoulder. Meanwhile, paramedics responded and helped those who suffered injuries in the San Diego motorcycle versus SUV accident.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the collision.
