At Least 1 Killed in Collision at Frazier and Tully Road Monday
San Joaquin County, CA (March 21, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal car accident that occurred in the area of Frazier and Tully Road.
Our sources indicated a collision between a tractor truck and a pickup truck took place at the junction in San Joaquin County.
The CHP logged the incident Monday morning.
Shortly after 7:20 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found at least one person with serious injuries. Despite life-saving measures performed by paramedics, the individual sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several unclear factors surrounding the incident have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal crash happened at Frazier and Tully Road.
