Motorcyclist Killed in San Mateo County Crash at Guadalupe Canyon and Radio
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA (March 26, 2022) – A crash killed a motorcyclist at Guadalupe Canyon Parkway and Radio Road in San Mateo County,
According to an article published by the SF Gate, the tragic accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said the motorcycle rider and an SUV collided for an unknown reason on San Bruno Mountain in San Mateo County.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
The two crashed on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway at the intersection with Radio Road. A CHP described the car as a blue Chevrolet Tahoe.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They confirmed that the motorcyclist died as a result of the collision.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. The cause of the fatal San Mateo County crash is still under investigation.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stayed following the wreck. Officers forced the area of Guadalupe Canyon and Radio to shut down following the wreck.
