1 Injured in Sanger Crash at Ericksen and Frankwood Avenues
SANGER, CA (December 28, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Ericksen Avenue and Frankwood Avenue in Sanger.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the accident at about 7:15 a.m.
The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Sanger. They crashed at the intersection of East Ericksen and South Frankwood avenues.
2 Cars Collide
CHP described the cars as a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer and a white Ford Ranger pickup truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Cella community.
Medical personnel found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not disclose name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Ericksen and Frankwood avenues to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Sanger crash is still under investigation.
