Rider Injured After Collision at State Street and Calle Palo Colorado Friday
Santa Barbara, CA (February 4, 2022) – A man riding an e-bike suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of State Street and Calle Palo Colorado.
The Nooazhawk News reported the motorcyclist was traveling west on State Street Friday afternoon. When the rider approached the intersection, it collided with an SUV heading east on Calle Palo Colorado. Additional details on the passenger vehicle involved in the wreck have not been discussed thus far.
Shortly after 4 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the e-bike rider found with injuries. According to the article published online, an AMR ambulance transported the patient to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for further treatment.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several unclear factors surrounding the traffic accident at State Street and Calle Palo Colorado.
