1 Injured in Santa Clarita Crash Near Bouquet Canyon and Urbandale
SANTA CLARITA, CA (August 19, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash near Bouquet Canyon Road and Urbandale Avenue in Santa Clarita.
According to an article published by The Signal, the accident took place on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 2 p.m.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Santa Clarita. They crashed near the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Urbandale Avenue.
2 Cars Collide
A photo of the incident showed that a sedan and pickup truck obtained damage upon impact. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found one person hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Bouquet Canyon and Urbandale to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Santa Clarita crash.
