Skater Hospitalized After Collision on Via Barra Friday
Santa Clarita, CA (January 14, 2022) – A skateboard rider suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in Via Barra Friday evening, according to KHTS News.
Earlier reports indicated a vehicle struck the skater in the 23000 block of Via Barra in Valencia. The make and model of the car involved in the collision have not been revealed thus far.

Shortly after 7 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the accident. After the evaluation, medical personnel decided to transfer the injured skater to the hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. Given that, investigators continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led up to the crash on Via Barra in Santa Clarita County.
